When I asked Jamie on Monday “what do you want to do tomorrow?”, I received the response “what’s tomorrow? umm, Pearl Harbor Day?”
Well what’s tomorrow (today really), our 6 year anniversary. Way to go Jamie. Yes it is Pearl Harbor Day as well so I guess you can’t say she’s wrong. Sad part is I thought it was the guy’s job to forget the anniversary. Me confused.
To celebrate we decided just to go out to eat, no presents this year. We ate at Bonefish Grill and it was yummy as always. She got the salmon and I got my “chicken” (trout). I don’t eat fish but have been trying it slowly. Last time I had tilapia, went for trout this time. Wow was it good and really didn’t taste fishy, almost kind of like chicken hence the chicken reference.
The clock starts again counting down another year until Pearl Harbor Day.
