Cinnamon Muffin Tops Recipe

Here is the recipe I used last night to make the muffin tops

Cinnamon Muffin Tops


  • 1/2 tb cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Grease muffin top pan (or baking pan)
  3. Mix cinnamon, vanilla extract, sugar, milk, flour, eggs, baking soda, and baking powder in large bowl.
  4. Mix all ingredients until batter is smooth
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes

Makes approximately 1 dozen
